Sales Policy

Sales Policy on goats and dogs purchased form us.

We highly recommend you secure transportation for your purchase prior to purchasing a goat or dog from us because we do have a 30 day limit on boarding sold goats and dogs. 

We require a 50% deposit to hold any animal, which is non-refundable and is due with-in 7 days to hold any animals.

Full Clear payment will be required before we let any animal leave our property.

There will be a $3.00 a day boarding fee charged after the first 15 days of the sale or weaning date.

Failure to comply with this policy will be grounds to terminate the sales agreement without refund of the deposit and the animal will be listed for sale again.

Should anything happen to an animal a deposit has been paid for, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at or near the original selling price.

We "GUARANTEE" all animals to be sound, healthy and free of disease for 30 days after the sale date as long as it is not stress related or a problem that occurred from transportation of the animal. A vet invoice and or autopsy report will be required stating the animal had a pre-existing problem which was unavoidable for refunds. Animal must be returned if alive at buyer expense. All testing and the vet certificate are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale price does not include shipping or health certificates. Health papers can be furnish for goats leaving the state of Texas, if requested ($35.00). The buyer is required to let us know what your states requirements are regarding shipment of goats from Texas to you so if any additional testing or certificates are needed they will be ready at time of pickup. Different states have different requirements. ( Brucellosis, TB, Scrapie, etc...)  Testing for CAE, Brucellosis, TB, CL, plus vet labor fee are the responsibility of the Buyer.
